  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Quality Check: Every product is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
  • Dispatch Notification: Customers will receive a shipping confirmation once their order has been handed over to the courier.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Customers are required to inspect their heavy machinery or auto parts immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:
  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photographs of the product and packaging.
  3. Include your order number in all communication.

Failure to report issues within this required 48-hour timeframe may affect claim eligibility.
